General Information

My name is Janel and I'm a 27 year old, often called by the
shortened version of my native american name when put into
English... which would be Storm. I'm currently living in
Kentucky, working with a fantastic group of people that are
helping me with getting a non-profit organization built. The
business is called Dream Makers International and we work
with different charities and put on different events in
order to raise funds for these charities.

Appearance

My deep raven hair stops barely beneath my shoulders for the
moment, though I may be getting some different styling done
to it here shortly. I've always felt though that my eyes are
my best feature, having been told many times by people that
they are entrancing. I dress in many styles, considering the
business I am in. Though on off times, one will find me in a
pair of jeans or even sweats with a T-Shirt.

Looking for

First and foremost, respect. There has to be resepect for me
and for themselves. I am not a mother to help feed someone's
ego, however I will be a friend. And I expect that the
person I get to know isn't planning to rush things, but
wants to actually come to know me for me. Someone that
doesn't look only at the package, but what is inside. He
would have to love children, because one of my best-friends
has a child and I will not have someone around me that has
problem with children when her daughter means the world to
me. If he has children, that doesn't stop me from being
around. However, if you are a father but are never there for
your children and there is no real reasoning behind it,
don't bother contacting me. If you can't commit to being a
father, you'd never commit to me. Honesty. Reliability.
Trust. Compassion. Passion. Those are some words to describe
the man I look for. He also has to accept that in my life,
family comes first. And I don't mean blood family only. He
also has to accept that Dream Makers International is my
'baby'. As CEO I'm devoted to seeing it be a success and at
times that might mean me traveling or going to events that
he might not be able to go. One of the most important
things is also this: He can't run away the very first time I
have a flashback to the physical or sexual abuse I am a
survivor of.
