General Information

I moved my 86-year-old mom to Texas from Seattle a few years
ago after having neurosurgery on her spine. Unfortunately,
she has had two strokes since being her and is in need of
24-hour care. It is at times difficult but I would not have
it any other way. She called one day from the hospital and
asked me if she could move with me to Texas because she
remembered I told her many, many years ago that she would
never have to go to a nursing home if I could help it. I
was on a plane 48 hours latter to pick her up. Since she
needs 24-hour care, it has forced me to semi-retire in order
to take care of her. God has blessed me in few ways that has
given me the ability to be able to do that. I have
taken the opportunity to return to school, on-line, while I
am taking care of her, and it has kept me busy. So, if

Appearance

Few people rarely beleive I am almost 50 years old. I do
not think I look my age either. I weigh less that I did
in high school, at about 180 lbs.
